PUBLIC ART NOMINATION FORM

The award for public art goes to the project that best enhances the surrounding environment, transforms the landscape, and expresses the values of our community. The award will go to the project that demonstrates excellence in overall design and aesthetic, creativity and uniqueness, magnitude of visual impact on the area, contextually appropriate in its surroundings, availability to the public, encourages social interaction or a quiet moment.

Please fill out as much contact information as you can for the nominated property. Answer all questions about the property with as much detail as possible to strengthen your application. Once you have completed the form email photos to info@keepknoxvillebeautiful.org to complete your nomination. Nominations without photos at the due date will be withdrawn. Judges for the Orchids Awards judge properties based on the nomination form and photos submitted.

Photos must be a JPEG or PNG. PDF files will not be accepted this year.
Photos must be landscape (horizontal)
Minimum of 1280px (pixels) width
Resolution of your visuals must be between 72-300px/inch.
