Join Keep Knoxville Beautiful for our fourth annual East Knoxville Community Cleanup! It will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 9am-12pm. The event base will be at Ashley Nicole Dream Playground, located at 620 Winona St, Knoxville, TN 37917.  We will be removing litter from East Knoxville roads, creeks, and parks. Participants of any age are welcome!

Keep Knoxville Beautiful and Goodwill Knoxville are partnering for our first ever Pickup and Drop Off! It will be on Tuesday, September 10th from 5pm-8pm at 71 South. Attendees will have the opportunity to pick up trash from the surrounding roads while also dropping off any personal items they would like to donate to Goodwill Knoxville.

Join Keep Knoxville Beautiful and Keep Sevier Beautiful on August 17th from 9am-12pm at Seven Islands State Birding Park to clean up the French Broad River and remove invasive plant species.

Legacy Parks and Keep Knoxville Beautiful are partnering to beautify, reforest, and pick up litter at Angora Frog Farm on June 14th from 9am-12pm.

Join Keep Knoxville Beautiful at our fourth annual Third Creek Clean Paddle on May 11 from 10am-12pm. We will meet at Third Creek at UT Gardens and be removing litter from the area around Third Creek, both on land and in the water, as well as conducting an invasive removal alongside Ijams.

Join our monthly volunteer opportunity! Saturday Spruce Ups are held once a month, and each month the location and volunteer work change.

Since 1979, Keep Knoxville Beautiful has presented Orchids Beautification Awards to Knoxville and Knox County buildings, public art, and outdoor spaces that beautify and elevate the local landscape. In addition to traditional categories such as New Architecture, Redesign/Reuse, Outdoor Space, and Public Art, Keep Knoxville Beautiful highlights the accomplishments and sustainable efforts of our valuable volunteers, community partners, and green organizations and businesses.

This event has been rescheduled! This cleanup is no longer on Saturday, January 20th. The rescheduled date of the cleanup is Saturday, January 27th from 10am-12pm.

For November we will be partnering with the City of Knoxville to pick up litter around Inskip-Norwood Community Center and Second Creek! Join us November 18th from 10am-12pm!

Bring your hard-to-recycle items to UT Public Recycling Drop-Off on November 15 from 3pm-6pm!

Our Saturday Spruce Up for October is going to be invasive species removal at Adair Park! This is a unique opportunity for our volunteers to get involved with beautification and help to preserve our native plants.

Our Trash Runs are all ages litter fun-runs held throughout the year at different breweries — join us at Pretentious Beer Company for our October Trash Run on the 3rd from 6-7 PM!

The third annual community-wide East Knoxville Community Cleanup will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 9am-12pm at Ashley Nicole Dream Playground. Participants of any age are welcome! We look forward to seeing those who live, work, or play in East Knoxville - as well as anyone who wants to lend a helping hand.

Join us for our monthly volunteer event! For August, we will be picking up litter in the Mechanicsville area.

Join our monthly volunteer opportunity! For July, we will be assisting Head Start at Western Heights with planting and weeding the landscape around their new facility.

June 27th from 6pm to 7pm we will be picking up litter surrounding Dutch Valley Drive. Come out and join us for a fun family friendly event while also doing a service for your community!

For June, we'll be removing graffiti from the Knoxville Firefighters' Association building on North Central Street. We will also have supplies to do a litter pickup.  

We will be hosting our third annual Third Creek Clean Paddle on May 20 from 10am-12pm. We will meet in the UT Gardens Parking lot at 2518 Jacob Drive. We will be removing litter from the area around Third Creek, both on land and in the water. 

The community-wide South Knoxville Community Cleanup will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 9am-12pm. The event base will be at Mary Vestal Park, located at 522 Maryville Pike, Knoxville, TN 37920.
