Keep Knoxville Beautiful will be tabling at the Neighborhood Conference. This conference is a project of the City of Knoxville's Office of Neighborhoods and is planned in cooperation with the Neighborhood Advisory Council, a program committee that includes representatives of more than a dozen neighborhoods across the City, and many volunteers.
